We are delighted to mark a key new milestone at our Wolsey Park development, as construction of Barchester Healthcare’s new care home has officially begun.

The new site, which is set to deliver 60 rooms with full wet room en-suites for every resident, will also provide a fantastic range of amenities including a café/bistro area, hairdressers, spa bathrooms, private dining facilities, activity rooms, a bar and a cinema. What’s more, residents will benefit from external terraces to each floor, where they can enjoy the beautiful secured gardens which surround the home, all year round.
It is expected that the new care home will be ready to open its doors and welcome new residents at the beginning of 2024.
Located on the edge of the market town of Rayleigh, once complete, Wolsey Park will comprise 500 new homes surrounded by over fifty acres of green open spaces and parkland, offering outdoor recreation facilities for all ages including allotments and a community orchard.
